Automotive Service Advisor (m/f/d)

This is your job: First contact person: You receive our customers and accompany them from the dialogue acceptance to the transfer of vehicles. Expert advice: You explain technical connections in a comprehensible and advise on necessary repairs, maintenance and accessories. Interface: You form the bridge between customer and workshop and ensure smooth order processing. Quality assurance: You ensure that our customers stay mobile and drive from the farm with a smile (and a perfectly maintained VW/Audi).

Take this with you: Technical knowledge: A completed technical or commercial training in the motor vehicle sector (e.g. motor vehicle masters, service consultant certification or experienced motor vehicle mechatronics with the pleasure of customer contact). Communication talent: You are friendly, binding and keep a cool head even in high operation. Brand Love: Ideally, you already have experience with Volkswagen systems, but are also welcome as a motivated cross-comer with petrol in the blood. Structure: Careful operation and reliability are of course for you.
