You ensure the smooth return to the respective repair location and ensure cost coverage You check the packaging according to classification, carry out the demand request and agree all required delivery documents You coordinate forwarders in Germany, the EU and in third countries and take over the assignment of forwarders and the creation of relevant documents You ensure smooth customs processing and assist customers in the customs process You control the repair run: coordination of repair progress with customers (especially in case of irregularities), coordination of repriorizations Ensure the smooth return to the respective customer location or service point You maintain systems and data along the battery lifecycle End-to-End (“Repair planner” or CRM) and ensure the completeness of all relevant system data across the entire battery circuit You create KPI dashboards and evaluations, for example for customer-specific processing status, repair utilisation and preview reporting

Complete study with focus on logistics, supply chain management or comparable focus Ideally, further training or certification in the area of hazardous goods and customs Multiannual professional experience in transport logistics or logistics control Experience with return actions of advantage Embossed communication strength at several interfaces, also across functions Ability to actively coordinate and coordinate internal and external interfaces Strong coordination and proactive action High commitment, initiative and independent working Ready to work closely with customers and service providers German and English skills
