During your dual studies over three years, theoretical phases at the DHBW Mannheim and practical phases change every three months at trans-o-flex. In the theoretical phases at DHBW Mannheim, you will receive comprehensive knowledge in business and especially in marketing. Contents include: Operating principles, management and accounting Marketing Research with focus on market and competition analysis and consumer behaviour Customer Management, Customer Experience and CRM Brand management and marketing communication Marketing strategies and planning Project Management and Controlling Basics of digital marketing, including social media and online communication Legal basis, e.g. labour and contract law

This well-founded theoretical basis prepares you to successfully implement marketing projects in practice.

Practical phases in trans-o-flex: In our practice phases, you are actively working on real projects as part of the marketing team: Marketing planning and campaign management Content Marketing and Social Media Management Event and Exhibition Organisation Graphic and media design Market and competition analyses
