Maintenance and updating of our WordPress sites e.g. content, images, landing pages, product descriptions) Planning and implementation of SEO measures (on-page optimization, keyword research, meta tags, internal links). Support in the planning and creation of social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) Search for trends, competitors and best practices in online marketing. Research and content creation on topics related to energy efficiency, house management and funding programs Further development of our digital marketing strategy in close cooperation with the management Creation and processing of image and video material (basic knowledge in Canva, VEO, AI tools).

Graduate in marketing, media or communication science, digital media, BWL with focus on marketing or comparable discipline. First experience with WordPress, SEO and common social media tools Safe handling of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, optional TikTok). Creative sense of image and text design and understanding of brand communication. Safe for negotiation in German and English desirable – Text security and creativity are a must Self-employed, structured working and interest in real estate Knowledge of Canva, Google, Wordpress and Gemini/Claude or similar tools of advantage Analytical thinking and ability to evaluate marketing KPIs. Basic knowledge of image and video editing (Canva, Photoshop, Captions or comparable) of advantage. Self-employed and structured working methods, team skills and communication strength.
