Guided tour & organization Planning, coordination and management of electrotechnical work and the team in daily business Representation of department management in technical and organizational matters Staff deployment planning and guidance and further development of employees and trainees Projects & optimization Coordination and active participation in projects for the modernisation, optimization and maintenance of electrical installations Analysis of disruptions and development of sustainable solutions for process and plant optimization Design of equipment and selection and procurement of suitable components Interfaces & Compliance Close cooperation with production, maintenance and external service providers Monitoring compliance with statutory regulations and occupational safety, environmental and quality standards Examination and processing of relevant shipping documents and invoices Operational support Practical cooperation in the team Participation in the readiness to secure our production facilities (weekly exchange with teammates, extra remunerated)

Qualifications Senior Consultant (m/w/d) or Elektrotechniker (m/w/d); alternatively an electrician with several years of professional experience in a comparable position Experience and competence Experience in the planning, coordination and implementation of electrotechnical projects as well as initial leadership or guidance experience Embossed technical understanding and solution-oriented, practical working Communication-strong, responsible occurrence towards internal contact persons, service providers and foreign companies Expertise Good knowledge of relevant electrotechnical regulations and safety requirements Switching permission for medium-voltage systems (1 kV–36 kV) available or willingness to qualify Basic knowledge of control cabinet construction as well as in electrotechnical CAD systems (EPLAN) and programming environments (STEP 7, TIA portal) Good MS Office knowledge Advantage Training (AdA-Schein) Openness for professional training
