As a Business Controller (m/w/d) in Sales & Service Germany, you actively shape the financial management and further development of our service and customer project business – both for Dräger Medical Deutschland GmbH and for the manufacturer-independent service of Dräger TGM GmbH. In your role as a proactive business partner, you make a valuable contribution to the economic stability and sustainability of our company. Your tasks: Strategic and operational consulting of management and support in achieving key objectives of the company Monitoring and analysis of services and processes with a view to efficiency and quality Further development of the profitability management of the contracts in service and customer project management Control and implementation of budget planning, forecasting and reporting Implementation of innovative, technical solutions in the controlling environment

Embossed analytical skills and the competence to also convey complex facts to addressees Integrative personality with persuasiveness and positive spirit High readiness for change and openness in the development of innovations A completed study of economics, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in controlling, ideally in service or customer project management Basic MS Office knowledge and experience with tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, PowerBI or Analysis for Office
