From the specification to the tendering, awarding, quality assurance and order control to logistics and processing, Bw Clothingsmanagement GmbH (BwBM) is responsible for the entire value chain of the Bundeswehr clothing – from shoes to helmet. In this way, we dress up about 250,000 active soldier soldiers as well as reservoirs and civilian employees of the Bundeswehr. For our product quality department at the headquarters in Cologne we are looking for an experienced: Teamleiter (m/d) The BwBM product quality department accompanies the procurement process of clothing and equipment from procurement procedures to the delivery of new products. Quality assurance measures are already coordinated during the procurement process and are subsequently implemented in an accompanying manner for the production process. The tasks include both quality pre-planning activities towards contractors and towards contractors. A dynamic team is waiting for you to exchange and support each other. Responsibility for professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of a team of qualified employees Participation in the team-wide development of our processes Development and implementation of concepts and work instructions Participation in budget and personnel planning Active cooperation in day-to-day business on product quality

Complete studies in clothing and/or textile engineering, as an alternative a completed training to/from clothing technician or a comparable qualification Very good knowledge of quality management (e.g. 8D, FMEA, Ishikawa analysis, APQP/PPAP, 5 Why) Analytical and conceptual work as well as proactive thinking and action Multiannual experience in employee management Careful working with strong attention to detail and predictive, risk-minimizing thinking German language skills in word and writing readiness for occasional missions predominantly within Germany
