You take over the technical and organizational management of the team, as well as the strategic further development of your employees and the training offer. You plan and tax the established educational opportunities, especially online training, online courses and presence events and are responsible for quality assurance. You are constantly developing existing and new learning formats taking into account educational, methodological and regulatory requirements (including IDD, MABV). You are responsible for the control and optimization of internal processes and further development of the technical system landscape in the field of further education. You analyze market and customer needs, guide appropriate training measures and are responsible for monitoring project progress. You are in close coordination with our partners and service providers as well as internal departments.

You have a completed study with a focus on adult education or a completed commercial training in the educational sector. You have several years of professional experience in the field of training/education management as well as in the management of employees. Acceptance of responsibility lies with you, and thanks to your quick understanding and initiative, you will always keep an overview. You have technical affinity and a high level of willingness to learn to work in new tools (e.g. software for the implementation of online workshops, learning management system).
