Property Supervisor / Caretaker

You are responsible for the self-sponsored care of a fixed housing stock and perform regular visual and functional checks as well as acceptances / handovers of the apartments by You ensure cleanliness in the residential areas and carry out minor repairs and simple craft activities (e.g. moisture measurements) In addition, you control and document works of external service providers:inside (slope of external systems, staircase cleaning etc.) As part of the emergency service, you provide the complete availability for our tenants:

You have completed a craftsmanship or comparable training – we are also happy to offer cross-comers:inside with technical affinity Ideally, you already bring first professional experience in housing We presuppose good German and IT skills You draw your attention through independent work and service, customer and result orientation You are owned by a valid passenger ticket Joy in working with people in connection with a safe occurrence, communication skills and pronounced problem solving behavior complete your profile
