Construction Manager Shell Construction - Building Construction / Civil Engineering (m/f/d)

We are a medium-sized family company in third generation and have been building in the Rhineland since 1955. Our goal is to reliably, technically cleanly and with high quality to implement demanding construction tasks.

For this we combine the experience of a grown company with the expertise of our civil engineers, masters, polishers and skilled workers. Clear processes and our quality management according to DIN EN ISO 9001 ensure reliable standards.

You independently control our raw construction projects from planning to coordination to monitoring the progress of construction on site. You are responsible for the efficient deployment planning of personnel, materials and equipment in close coordination with your polishing and the project team. You consistently monitor compliance with dates, costs and quality and safety standards at the construction site. As a central contact person, you will clarify technical and organizational questions directly with builders, specialist planners and other project participants. You ensure a complete construction documentation and actively participate in the assessment, billing and final acceptance.

You have a successfully completed degree in civil engineering, a further education for the construction technician or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience. You bring well-founded experience in the handling of raw construction projects and understand how to efficiently organize a construction site. As a strong communication manager, you make clear decisions and stand up to all project participants. Your work is economical and structured, and you are safe to use common digital tools. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile.
