For the management of the building logistics of a sophisticated, highly complex industrial project of the semiconductor industry, we are looking for an experienced and competent personality whose expertise and organizational capability is beyond any doubt. Contract location: flexible – throughout Germany at a Drees & Summer location of your choice Place of work: in an EU-Anrainer State west of Germany (100% readiness required) Responsible management and organization of the building logistics of a complex major project of the semiconductor industry (Semiconductor Fabrication) Planning, control and coordination of all measures of the construction site equipment and construction logistics processes Parent responsibility for work safety, costs, budgets and quality standards in building logistics Creation, development and control of building logistics concepts across all project phases Call for tenders, awards and billing of constructional logistical services and support in cost, follow-up and change management Developing efficient, project-specific logistics solutions as well as consulting project management and contractors on all building logistics topics

Complete study of the field of civil engineering, logistics, architecture or a comparable qualification, as an alternative to a state-tested construction technician Multiannual experience in building logistics, ideally of large-scale construction projects of high-tech / or Semiconductor industry Target-oriented, self-sponsored action, a high level of consulting skills and a structured and independent working German and English knowledge in word and writing, knowledge of Flemish or French are very advantageous Unrestricted project-related readiness within Germany and Europe
