Project management experience: You have already gained a variety of relevant experiences (min. 10 years) in the (multi) project management and know the business of an IT service provider. Head of project teams: You have several years of experience in managing project teams with more than 25 employees and the necessary knowledge to motivate employees in all phases of a project. Problem detection and solution: You have experience in early detection of critical project situations in conjunction with a structured approach to problem solving. Communication skills and vision: Your security in dealing with communication at decision-making level and your vision are as well as the recognition of new business potential – you take the initiative and are ready to develop further growth together with us. AI Competence: You use AI tools in your area of expertise, evaluate the results critically and support customers and adessi to use potentials of AI. Language knowledge: Very good German and good English skills.
