Test Automation Engineer (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Development and maintenance of automated test scripts for web, API and backend systems
• Implementation of automated testing with Selenium, Cucumber in IntelliJ
• Integration of test automation in CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab CI, Jenkins) and testing in CI/CD environments
• Construction, development and maintenance of test frameworks with Java
• Implementation of load and performance tests with JMeter
• Creation and management of test cases
• Evaluation of test results and creation of test reports
• Participation in the definition and implementation of the test strategy

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Study or completed vocational training in the field of IT or comparable qualification
• Found programming knowledge in Java and experience with Cucumber (or comparable tools), as well as with test frameworks
• Practical experience with Selenium, Jenkins, Git and GitLab
• Knowledge in JMeter for performance and load testing
• Knowledge in handling containerized environments, ideally Kubernetes
• Good knowledge of German and English
