In our business segment corporate customers / private banking, we employ 50 employees who advise our customers in partnership, directly and digitally. If engagement, initiative and sense of responsibility are important to you and you also bring a high level of sales affinity, we will look for you to strengthen our team as: Business Consultant (m/w/d) You can expect: Attractive remuneration: In addition to a tariff compensation with 13 salaries, 30 fixed holiday days, one day special holidays and two additional free days (24.12. and 31.12.) we offer you the opportunity to convert by vacation instead of money up to 6 additional holiday days. These are your tasks: Own-responsibility and comprehensive support of associated company customers Expansion of customer stock Advice using the “Entrepreneur Dialogue” as part of the “digital consulting” with the iPad Detection of market and customer potentials and active development Analysis and interpretation of economic documents for decision-making Customer negotiations including credit and contingent decisions Documentation and assessment of interview results Regular review of agreed results including Risk analysis Comprehensive customer advice and development of individual solutions in the context of holistic consulting based on the fields of demand, liquidity, security, investment, precaution and strategic asset planning and, if necessary, Integration of specialists Bank representation We wish you: Projektmanager (m/w/d), Bankfachwirt (m/w/d) or Business Studies Experience and good expertise in commercial credit business Above-average sales orientation Self-employed and structured work and analytical thinking, even in complex relationships Flexibility and high readiness Binding appearance and communication strength High affinity in dealing with office and IT applications as well as the willingness to acquire the skills in the “digital consulting” of corporate customers
