As a senior manager, you are also responsible for the business development as well as the management of pitches, thereby shaping the growth of the entire organization very actively.

Relevant consulting experience. You have at least five years of experience in business consulting and have conducted consulting projects in different customer fields. Analytical skills. In addition to your strong consulting skills, you are also an expert:in a specialist area relevant to the advice, such as strategy development and transformation. Communication strength & service orientation. You have strong interpersonal skills, a high level of conflict resolution competence and are experienced in communication with different target groups from employees to top management. Flexibility. You are characterized by high flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements and priorities. Technological affinity. You are interested in technological trends (e.g. AI) and bringing together first experiences in dealing with their effects and their usability in the economy. Ready to travel. You bring the willingness to regular missions.
