For the individual support of two children in a kindergarten in Bad-Krozingen we are looking for a social pedagogue or curative teacher (m/w/d) as an educational integration aid in the kindergarten in part-time (24h/week). As an educational integration aid, you can support two children in kindergarten everyday. With empathy, patience and expertise you create moments of success and strengthen the development of the child in its individual skills. Here: accompany and promote the child in his social, emotional and cognitive development, give orientation and support in everyday life – whether in play, communication or group activities, through your attitude create an inclusive union in the group, act as a link between child, parents, educators:inside, therapist:inside and youth office, promote sensitivity and understanding for the needs of the child throughout the environment, and stand for participation, dignity and rights of children who accompany you.

Complete study of medical education, social education or a comparable qualification Experience in dealing with children with Autism-Spektrum-Störungen or AD(H)S is advantageous Self-employed, structured and responsible work Sensitivity, communicative strength and solution orientation – also in challenging moments
