Product Specialist - Hygienic Valves (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Product Specialist (w/m/d) - Hygienic Valves at the next time. In this role, you will work closely with internal and external customers as well as cross-functional teams to safely implement technical requirements and develop optimal solutions for our customers. Your duties Technical advice and support of our customers in the selection of hygienic valves based on process and application parameters – including the design of control and safety valves

Processing of technical enquiries, in particular for deviations from the standard or complex customer-specific projects

Ensuring a smooth ordering and settlement process for customer-specific special designs

Determination of production costs and costing of prices for special materials on the basis of supply and decision

Close coordination with product portfolio management to implement technical customer requirements

Requirement of new parts as well as installation and provision of the corresponding article numbers for further order processing

Sales support, if necessary also in direct customer exchange

Your profile: Complete technical training with further qualification (e.g. state-tested mechanical engineering technicians)

Multiannual professional experience in machine and plant engineering, ideally in the field of investment goods requiring declaration

discovered experience in the design and application of hygienic valves; additional knowledge of electrotechnical foundations are advantageous

Embossed customer orientation, team capacity, loadability and a structured, solution-oriented way of working

Secure handling of ERP systems (ideally SAP R/3) as well as very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel

Communication strength as well as very good German and English skills (B2–C1)

Ready for occasional travel (about 5 %)
