Tax advice in the context of transactions has been part of our expertise for years. Become part of our team in Germany at one of Frankfurt/Main, Hamburg, Hanover, Berlin, Leipzig, Dortmund, Essen, Bremen, Nuremberg, Freiburg, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Mannheim, Stuttgart or Munich or at your home. You advise on all tax issues relating to corporate purchases and sales and restructuring of private equity investors, corporations or infrastructure companies. You can do a variety of tasks: Advising due diligence, structuring, funds flow, financial and tax models and purchase contracts Management of the project together with the:the responsible partner:from the supply creation to the settlement Coaching team members so that You can develop their full potential Participation in (international) innovation or technology projects as well as support for tax developments and trends and their impact

Tax consultants or specialist attorney for tax law Very good knowledge of German and international tax law Minimum C1 level in German and English
