The tasks and challenges for Mauser Packaging Solutions are growing. This is why we are looking for training as a machine and plant leader (m/w/d) at our locations Brühl near Cologne, Hamburg, Erkelenz and Bammental near Heidelberg (start of training: 01.08.2026)

Operation and professional waiting of production machines Monitoring the material flow and preparation of workflows Detection and Elimination of Disorders Applying quality assurance measures Training in new techniques

You should bring a good primary or higher qualification. Important are your grades in mathematics, physics and, if necessary, technology. In addition, you should bring performance, flexibility, responsibility and team skills.

Frame data: The training takes 2 years and takes place in the company and in the vocational school. There is a multi-month basic training in an over-company training facility. In addition, further special courses are held, for example for exam preparation. Training allowance: 1st year of training: 1.175,00€ gross 2nd year of training: 1,208,00€ gross

Tests: At the beginning of the 2nd year of training, you submit the exam after 2 years before the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
