Then you are right with us! We are looking for you You are responsible for the Quality Make & Source (Production) team at Quality Management & Quality Assurance Safety. With the support of two team leaderships, you develop a motivated and powerful team of 42 experts in quality assurance. Planning, coordination and control of quality activities with a focus on costs, quality and time are your main tasks. For trouble-free production, you set the highest quality standards along the entire value chain for several value-flow families. You will test technology and market trends and guide quality development measures in line with the Head of QM & QA. The development, optimization and implementation of digital quality processes (e.g. predictive quality, AI-based error analysis, IoT quality control) as well as zero-defect strategies are at your heart. You always focus on compliance with regulatory requirements (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, EU-MDR, ATEX, etc.). You ensure continuous optimization of processes by developing a comprehensive KPI system. Controlling internal audits and external certifications is your responsibility. To ensure high quality standards, the strategic development and management of suppliers is also part of your responsibility.

In your leadership role, you always act as a role model and are coach and mentor for your employees. You are characterized by a high degree of customer orientation, strategic and entrepreneurial thinking and a targeted way of working. Changes are shown to be active with joy. Commitment, enforcement strength and a strong team spirit are of course yours. In addition, you’d like to question well-known ways to continuously develop yourself and your team. You are strong in communication and speaks German and English. You have well-founded knowledge in QM systems (ISO 9001, EU-MDR, ATEX) as well as Lean Quality and APQP. Ideally, a Six Sigma training completes its profile Detectional leadership experience as well as many years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in a producing company completes your profile You have a successfully completed degree in engineering, quality management or a comparable discipline
