Student Employee in the Chief Data Office (m/f/d)

We are looking for a working student (m/w/d) for our modern and innovative location Unterföhring. We are looking for a highly motivated person who strengthens our Chief Data Office (CDO) team in Product Ownership. In this role, you will actively participate in the design and development of our data-driven products and platforms. You will work closely with Product Owners, developers:inside and stakeholders and gain valuable insights into agile product development in a business environment.

• Product Owner (m/w/d)

Support the Product-Owner team in the care and prioritization of the Product Backlog. Capture, structure and document requirements in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria. Work with cross-functional teams (development, data engineering, business intelligence) to advance product features. Support the preparation and implementation of sprint reviews, plannings and stakeholder presentations. Analyze user feedback and data to derive potential for improvement for existing products. Document processes, decisions and results and present them to the stakeholders. Support in optimizing processes by using artificial intelligence (AI) and identifying automation potentials. Create and maintain project KPI dashboards to visualize progress, key figures and results.

• Product Owner (m/w/d)

Written in a master or advanced Bachelor program in Business Informatics, BWL, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field. First practical experience (practice or student activities) in the field of product management, project management or agile software development is of advantage. Basic understanding of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and interest in data-driven product development. Analytical thinking and the ability to understand complex facts. Safe handling of common tools such as Jira, Confluence or comparable project management tools is an advantage. Good communication skills in German. Self-employed, proactive and learning. Openness for creative and innovative solutions as well as joy in dealing with pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal chatGPT
