Key User ATOSS ASES (m/f/d)

You provide ATOSS ASES professionally responsible and configure working time models, booking rules, absences and rules in such a way that the time economy in our facilities runs reliably. The calculation logics for surcharges and time accounts ensure and develop them further. You will have a look at data flows and the interaction of the various HR systems. You cooperate in the interfaces and data processes, in particular for pay accounting KIDICAP.PPAY and for KIDICAP.Absenz, and work routined with CSV files and CSV-based interfaces. You bring knowledge in building cost center structures. Create evaluations securely in Excel, also with more complex formulas and pivot tables. In our ATOSS projects, such as rollouts, extensions and migrations, you take over the technical requirement management, perform tests, log them and accompany updates and release changes. With internal and external partners you work together routiniert. You create user documentation and training documents.

You have a completed commercial training, a study with regard to human resources management or business informatics or a comparable qualification. You bring experience as a key user of a HR application or from a comparable function, ideally in the time economy with ATOSS ASES. The support and further development of HR applications are familiar to you. Experience with GIP's KIDICAP.PPAY billing software is a plus point. PowerShell skills for automation and simplification of recurring tasks are desirable. You understand the principles of service plan structures (shift models, rest periods, compensation schemes) You can build on reliable knowledge of the labour and collective bargaining principles, in particular ArbZG, TzBfG and EntgFG. Ideally you know the AVR DD and the TV KB. Analytical understanding and logical thinking characterize your functioning. Even with complex or time-critical questions, you remain objective and solution-oriented. You can support specialist and technical questions and translate their requirements into sustainable solutions. You communicate professionally at all levels, make binding agreements and like to work with internal and external partners.
