In your area of responsibility lies the installation and maintenance of new delivery master data – including the classification and query of the bank data – as well as the general maintenance of the master data, in particular in the area of debitors. You will process SEPA bank revenues and returns and provide the corresponding mandate master files. Your tasks include account clarification in the debitor area, voting work and monitoring of open claims. In addition, you are responsible for the dunning including red list, collection and delivery locks control. You book bank statements and run the clearing for various banks. You also take the handling of the Intrastat notifications in cooperation with DHL as well as the audit of receipts. Monthlyly, you will start the confirmations for intra-Community deliveries and you will process requests from customers, suppliers and employees. Your further tasks include writing and booking manual initial invoices, the creation and booking of credits, the booking of input invoices as well as the booking of investment assets. You also support the preparatory work for monthly and annual financial statements and pay attention to compliance and quality management requirements in all your activities.

As an employee (m/w/d) Financial Accounting at URGO, you can provide a completed commercial training and you have a well-founded knowledge of accounting and accounting.
