Shift Manager (m/f/x)

We are a modern, owner-managed company and produce diverse food for pet animals at our two farms in Krefeld and Halle (Saale). At the fastest possible time, we are looking for a full-time shift manager (m/w/x) at the Krefeld site.

Monitoring and ensuring a smooth production process Management of assigned employees in the layer system with a guidance span of 50-70 employees Instruction of new employees and temporary staff Continuous improvement of workflows Control of the performance data of our machines and equipment Examination of production data and approval of production Ensuring CCP implementation Layer readiness 3-layer system

Successfully completed vocational training in the field of food or art related Training desirable Professional experience in production At least 3 years of leadership experience High level of sense of responsibility, independent working and organisational and problem solving ERP knowledge desirable Layer readiness 3-layer system
