Medical assistant or nurse - Sleep laboratory

In our sleep laboratory, you will find an exciting and highly specialized working field where the most modern measuring technology meets sensitive patient care.

The position is initially limited to one year.

Tasks:

• Patient advice on overpressure therapy and other therapy procedures
• Conducting polysomnographic measurements including cabling, testing and optimization of signal quality
• Evaluation of polygraphic and polysomnographic measurements
• Daily discharges like e.g. multiple sleep latency test and multiple watch pale test
• Conducting pupillographic sleep tests and vigilance tests with the Wiener Testsystem
• Administrative activities including scheduling, documentation, material ordering and coordination as well as carrying out patient recordings and discharges

Requirements:

• Completed training for the medical specialist (MFA), medical/technical assistant (MTA), nursing staff or Health and nursing staff or similar training
• Impressed social competence, especially in dealing with patients, relatives and colleagues
• Pleasure of independent and responsible work in the team
• Experiences in the sleep laboratory are advantageous but no prerequisite
