You manage housing owners communities (WEG) and enter rental properties You carry out ongoing object accounting and ordering for craftsmen and service providers You implement legal requirements in projects, e.g. the introduction of the E invoice You organize object visits, take handovers and withdrawals and ensure smooth handling
