Supplier Development Manager / Supplier Manager Logistics Company (m/f/d)

You are central to our external depot partners in Germany and Europe and ensure that our quality and process standards are lived. To do this, you negotiate contracts at eye level and build long-term, successful partnerships. In short, you ensure that our operational backbone is strong and efficient. The following tasks include: Partner Management & Contract Controlling: Central representative for depot partners and strategic expansion of the network Ensuring capacity (storage, personnel, productivity), building and integration of new sites Negotiation of framework agreements and performance agreements including full contract, documentation and KPI management

Process optimization & Troubleshooting: Cross-location optimization and standardization of operational processes Declaration of complaint (in cooperation with the QM) Proactive fault management (e.g. in system failures, process or interface deviations) – from the analysis of causes to immediate measures to the sustainable solution

Insurance & Partner Competence: Implementation of product training (cleaning, sorting, repair of multi-way load carriers) Validation of stocks including differential analysis as well as guaranteeing demand-oriented storage and material management (labels/stickers, repair requirements) directly from the partners

Administration & System Integration: Formal audit and clearance Conceptual standardization of billing models Ensuring the smooth IT connection (SAM, document management)

Successfully completed studies focusing on business management, supply chain management, etc. or completed vocational training with commercial or logistical focus You have professional experience in logistics, supplier management, operational partner management or a similar role You have high readiness to travel (approximately 40%) within Germany and Europe, a class B licence is mandatory You are highly negotiating, process-oriented and have the ability to build and expand partnerships at eye level Your independent, structured way of working, self-initiative and your safe occurrence You are safe in handling MS Office, ERP system identifiers are advantageous You have very good German skills and very good English skills
