Our team building planning supports builders throughout the cycle with renovation projects. Our team of architects, engineers and energy efficiency experts works hand in hand to optimally match technical, ecological and economic requirements. In your new role, you are responsible for the following activities:

As team leader: You guide the three-member team of energy efficiency experts at the Fellbach site professionally and disciplinaryly You anticipate capacities – based on utilisation, competencies and market development You develop your team professionally and encourage each person to strengthen You conduct annual and feedback talks and accompany new employees in onboarding You guide regular team meetings and moderate challenging situations Technically: You take acquisition activities in the Stuttgart area - both in the acquisition of new customers and in the care and development of existing customer relationships You will start calculations and performance descriptions for offers and take over the examination and processing of alerts You support our colleagues at the Fellbach site in all questions of energy building renovation and are available as a specialist contact person You are responsible for the commercial execution of your team's projects - including controlling and careful tracking

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture or comparable Certification as energy efficiency consultant*in for residential and non-residential buildings In recent years, you have established an established network of business contacts in the Stuttgart area in the building industry and has a profound understanding of the challenges the industry faces. Found sales experience with demonstrable successes, ideally in the building sector
