The LBS NordOst is the savings bank of the savings banks in the federal states of Brandenburg, Hamburg, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Schleswig-Holstein. As a land saving fund, we have the goal of fulfilling our customers the dream of their own four walls. Our more than 700 colleagues in the indoor and outdoor services work closely with the savings banks on site at the three locations of Potsdam, Hamburg and Kiel and provide comprehensive and understandable advice on building, living and financing. For the next time, we are looking for sales management for one of our locations in Potsdam, Hamburg or Kiel

Your responsibility: Full support and further development of our LBS consultancy offices throughout the business area Ensuring the maintenance and viability of the sites, in particular by obtaining necessary permits, the award of renovation, modernisation and maintenance contracts, and their monitoring and acceptance Management of objects, including the conclusion of contracts with utilities and the implementation of operating expenses Implementation of rentals and management of contract negotiations with landlords Coordination and organisation of site resolutions, including the necessary reconstruction and repatriation measures and the transfer Documentation of all activities necessary for the production, operation, management and dissolution, and management of the relevant documents and files

Your know-how: Completed commercial training, ideally as a real estate businessman or comparable qualification Professional experience in real estate management, property care or technical real estate management Knowledge of auditing, contracting and contract processing as well as the purchase of service providers Basic understanding of building technology and experience in the organisation of maintenance and modernization measures Self-employed, structured working and good communication and organisational capability
