You are responsible for the detection and evaluation of 3D coordinate measuring systems (optical / tactile) as well as for the monitoring and testing of our products as part of the production process, including documentation of the results. You identify deviations, propose constructive remedies and support our machine operators, machine inverters and QS employees in the analysis and troubleshooting. You will exchange your measurement results and data with the areas involved in production, quality management and procurement. You carry out tests of parts, assemblies and systems, document the results, evaluate them and present the data for statistical process control (SPC) and process data evaluation (Lean Six Sigma). The complete equipment of the measuring machines for use in the context of the self-examination of the plant is also available.

You have completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic / tool mechanic (m/w/d) or comparable and have already gained experience in quality assurance. In dealing with 3D coordinate measuring machines and optical measuring systems (ZEISS, HOMMEL, OGP, etc.), you can provide good knowledge. You bring the willingness to shiftwork.
