Your duties For our young people, we are looking for a motivated and committed specialist who is responsible for the educational support and support of our young people. Your individual tasks include:

• Educational support and support for young people in everyday life
• Support for school and professional tasks
• Promoting social and life-structural skills
• Planning and implementation of group and leisure activities
• Cooperation and exchange with parents/careers, schools and authorities
• Documentation and development reports

• Good communication capability in word and writing, independent work, liability, empathy and patience, self-safe occurrence and enforcement
• Carefulness in the creation of required documentation
• readiness for flexible working hours
