First contact*in to the central German training catalogue Expansion of the use of our learning management system for all German trainings and the associated administration process Professional communication with participants and external trainers Internal calculation of training costs Maintenance and processing of training-related data Participation in leadership and behaviour training Support for further central personnel development projects such as Diversity & Inclusion, EMEA Graduate Program as well as talent processes and events

Student in Economics, Psychology, Humanities and the like with a focus on human resources management or human resources development First relevant experience within the framework of internships or vocational training desirable System affinity and interest in improving processes Self-employed, proactive Very good organizational and planning skills Certain procedure with a view to detail, even under time pressure Knowledge of virtual collaboration tools 15-20 hours Availability per week
