In our newly created children's emergency service in the heart of the city of Bützow we serve up to 5 children aged between 0 and 10 years. We are looking for a loving and dedicated specialist who, with heart, patience and empathy, accompanies children in acute current emergencies, gives them safety and at the same time wants to promote their individual development.

We woke up your interest? Then we look forward to your application documents. You evaluate the needs of children in acute crises and build supportive relationships with them. You care for the protection of children and accompany them individually through their crisis situations. You make sure that the individual basic needs are met and, if necessary, medical treatments are used. You test and reflect the changing group dynamics and take in pedagogically where necessary. You create positive living conditions, shape everyday life as well as leisure and offer children a home on time. Your own strengths and preferences (music, sports, creativity, gardening,...) in everyday educational life are welcome to us. You are a contact person for the Youth Office, parents, schools and other participants. The documentation and production of reports is just as important Your job, like participation in perspective talks. You have a completed training as an educator or a comparable educational qualification. You have great interest in the varied and sometimes challenging life of children. You have no problem with flexible working hours (shift, weekend and holiday services). You carry the heart on the right spot with empathy, communication strength, enforcement, openness and humor.
