In NEW AG, the classical cross-sectional functions such as finance, IT, personnel, law, corporate development, real estate management, controlling and corporate communication are bundled. In addition, within the NEW group in Mönchengladbach and Viersen, we provide professional maintenance of the sewer network and ensure environmentally sound disposal of the waste water.

You manage the ownership of the NEW Group in legal and organizational matters You prepare land-related contracts, negotiate them and create, among other things, purchase, lease, inheritance and funeral contracts You initiate basic bookings, deletions, building loads and restrictions and monitor the protection of existing rights You regulate compensation matters for the divisions electricity, gas, water, channel and similar areas You represent the company in corridors and relocation procedures as well as in respective consultation and discussion dates You care about lying data and documenting processes digitally You perform correspondence and process invoices and other accounting processes in cooperation with the departments You are forming the interface to property owners, tenants, peasants and owners, notaries, various authorities and internal specialist departments

A completed commercial training with real estate cover (e.g. as a real estate businessman or notary specialist:r) or alternatively in the field of network economy Solid knowledge in the network economy and/or in the property and basic book law Professional, binding occurrence and negotiation skills Impressed communication strength and team capacity Safe handling of MS Office Valid license class B
