Shift supervisor for production (m/f/d)

Lets our production go round | Your use Take responsibility for the filling and packaging lines and ensure that machines run, quantities are produced and quality is tested. Monitor and control key figures such as number, committee and efficiency. Creating shift and deployment planning for the team, giving feedback and solving conflicts. Be present on the surface, monitor processes and intervene immediately in case of disturbances. Maintaining requirements for GMP and occupational safety, keeping documentation up to date and improving processes. Record ideas from the team, implement optimizations and actively accompany changes.
