In order to support our team at the Berlin office, we are looking for you as a civil engineer for the department manager Bau (w/m/d).

Professional and disciplinary leadership of the department including the control of goals, processes and responsibility for results. Cross-project coordination, control and quality assurance of private and foreign services in the design. Responsibility for the budget, cost and time monitoring and the management of the department's financial needs. Coordination of third-party concerns and the technical support of coordination on interactions and overall integration. Negotiation and conclusion of agreements with third parties as well as the processing of complex structural issues.

Graduate degree in engineering with a focus on road construction or a comparable qualification. Multiannual experience in project-related professional management tasks. Comprehensive professional experience in road construction and project management. Knowledge of relevant legislation and directives (e.g. FStrG, VOB, VgV, HOAI, RSA 21, MVAS 99, RStO). Class B driving licence and the willingness to travel to the branch. Very good German knowledge on C1 level.
