Completed studies in the field of civil engineering, construction project management, facility management, real estate management or comparable knowledge Professional experience in the care and design of rebuilding measures for industrial property in the order of life workshop Knowledge of and experience with LBO, VOB, HOAI and relevant building regulations Basic knowledge of quality assurance, follow-up and construction contracting Secure handling of Microsoft Office and common CAFM software such as pitFM, CAD knowledge desired willingness to take responsibility and enjoy leadership Good German knowledge Class B driving licence Positive attitude to the Christian-diaconical order
