up to 1 x 0.75 place (with up to 30 hours) as a social educational specialist (m/w/d) in the UWE project Support for homeless adults (Ü 25) and for help to overcome special social difficulties (Ü21 to Ü30 according to SGB XII) in Hamburg-Mitte

The employees have the following tasks:

• Social pedagogical work with housing-seeking participants, outpatient support and network work
• Support planning with the aim of integration in own housing and/or training and employment
• Implementation of support units (residential training, simulation of phone calls with landlords, mobility training, self-examination correctly fill in, steps into your own apartment, first cover of an apartment, entrance and furnishings, apartment hygiene etc.)
• Contact to the relevant authorities and the relevant job centre
• Prospective development and support planning with the relevant participants

Qualification requirements are:

• A completed study of social pedagogy or Social work expected (Diplom, Master, Bachelor). Experience in the professional and social integration of adults is desirable
• Alternatively a psychology study (Diplom, Master, Bachelor) or a comparative qualification if there is at least two years of experience with the target group
