You coordinate appointments and make sure everyone is in the right place at the right time

You prepare project management sessions independently and ensure a smooth running

The planning and organization of business trips including billing is in your hands

You support the preparation of corporate management meetings

You have a completed commercial training

First experiences in assistance are advantageous

You work structured, you are strong in communication and brings engagement
