Senior Consultant (m/w/d) (VS2026-06/B6) We are looking for a dedicated personality to support the Vice President of the Sparkassenverband Bayern, Mr Stefan Proßer. In his role as spokesperson for the German Regional Associations of Sparkassen, you will be responsible, in particular, for the preparation, coordination and professional processing of topics in the context of cooperation between the regional associations. In addition, you work on further technical tasks on the Board of Management. What tasks do you expect? You process defined technical and organizational tasks and contribute to project-related topics. You create research, elaboration, presentations and basis for decision-making on technical and organisational issues. You work closely with the relevant departments of the Sparkassenverband Bayern and coordinate the necessary information and work. You support Mr Proßer in the preparation and organisation of meetings and voting by the Executive Directors and in the coordination of relevant documents and information. You will vote on agenda items, documents and deadlines with the contact persons involved and ensure a structured preparation of the dates. You organize the regular virtual exchange rounds of the association business leaders, coordinate the necessary tunings and assist in the preparation, for example by creating and distributing talk results. You maintain overviews and information on contact persons, body assignments and other organizational topics in the context of the association business leaders. You support the preparation of votes with the Deutsche Sparkassen- und Giroverband, the Finanz Informatik and other parties. What distinguishes you? You have a pronounced service and joy in cooperation with different contact persons. You work independently, structured and reliable and also keep an overview of several parallel tasks. You have a strong communication capability and a secure and binding occurrence. You have a completed degree or a comparable qualification and are able to classify banking topics. Ideally, you bring knowledge of the Sparkassenorganisation and/or experience in committee work, e.g. from club activities. You have very good knowledge in MS Office and in dealing with digital communication media. You are characterized by a high degree of commitment, organisational talent and team capacity. Loyality and confidentiality are of course for you. You provide the willingness to adapt flexibly to meetings and committee requirements as required.
