Ensure compliance with BLB NRW's procurement and procurement principles to reduce compliance risks The independent implementation of Europe-wide and national procurement procedures for construction and engineering services, as well as the audit of tendering and awarding documents, are part of your area of responsibility. You check offers and the conclusion of contracts They develop product group management, taking into account purchasing control They support supplier management They are responsible for the ongoing conceptual development of existing procurement processes and support the development of new pilot procedures They coordinate internal interest groups of our branch as part of the procurement process They observe and analyze relevant procurement markets

They have successfully completed university studies (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) of the Department of Engineering, Architecture, Economic Law, Business Administration, Administration, Law with at least the first state exams or the like. Further requirements: Ideally, you could gain first professional experience in purchasing, construction and real estate, or public procurement Knowledge of procurement and contract law (BGB, GWB, VgV, VOB, UVgO) and HOAI would be desirable Your ability to enforce, negotiation and organizational skills, as well as your analytical thinking and self-sponsored working

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee is payable for employees from the E 10 payment group to the E 12 TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 80,300,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions).
