Team Leader Landscape/Environmental Planning (m/f/d)

Technical and organisational management of a team of landscape and environmental planners including resource planning, work organisation and quality assurance Responsibility for the content, planning and graphical processing of complex projects of landscape and environmental planning Control of the creation and evaluation of environmentally relevant data, maps, technical contributions and expert opinions Coordination and moderation of cooperation with clients, authorities, specialist offices and internal project teams Responsibility for appointments, budgets and project quality as well as participation in offerings, calculations and further development of methods and standards in the field of expertise Further development of employees as well as active cooperation in the strategic orientation and positioning of the department in the company

Successfully completed study of landscape planning, environmental planning, landscape architecture or comparable qualification At least five years of professional experience in the processing of landscape-planner technical contributions Very good knowledge of planning, nature conservation and environmental law as well as safe handling of the formal instruments of landscape planning Safe handling of GIS systems and the MS Office package; Cartier experience is desirable, in particular with regard to biotope types Very good expressiveness in word and writing as well as sovereign appearance in customers and authorities Self-employed, targeted and self-responsible operation high operational readiness, flexibility and team capacity as well as valid driving licence of class B
