Check-in/check-out of our guests and guest care throughout the stay. General reception tasks such as correspondence, invoice creation, cash management and conclusion, processing of bookings and reservations on the current booking platforms, telephone service. Advising and completing memberships. Preparation of group tours and preparation of group bills. Small sale. If necessary, support in conference service and housekeeping.

You have completed vocational training in the hotel industry or in the tourism sector and ideally have several years of professional experience. You are the perfect host and have a structured, targeted and solution-oriented way of working. Team skills, social competence and leadership skills are yours. You have computer skills (ideally ASSD) as well as experience in handling MS Office. You have certain knowledge of German and ideally also English in word and writing. Further language skills are advantageous. You're ready for a 5-day week even on weekends.
