Insurance and Finance Clerk/Account Manager Consulting in the Office (m/f/d)

As an Account Manager Consulting, you are responsible for the insurance programs of our customers in the composite compartments and coordinate the interaction of external services, department and customer. In both contract and damage matters, you are a central contact person and take over the first technical advice of our customers - depending on the contact route by phone, in writing or in special individual cases also together with the customer advisor personally to the customer on site. This means that you contribute decisively to the quality of our customer relationships. Central point of contact for all concerns about the insurance programs of our customers in the composites. Competent support of our customers by telephone and e-mail in close cooperation with the customer advisor and the relevant departments. Own support of contract changes, tenders and tender processes as well as examination and forwarding of contract documents. Coordination with insurers, gathering relevant information and coordination of all stakeholders for best possible results. Coordination and monitoring of damages and the management of the handling of operating and large-scale damage in cooperation with insurers and other stakeholders. Preparation of customer and annual meetings as well as participation in the appointments if necessary. Creation of presentations, statistics, customer-specific evaluations and annual reporting as well as ensuring high data quality in customer management. Active participation and further development of our customer relationships as well as solution-oriented processing of professionally demanding facts. Technical support for the external service in the acquisition of new customer connections and preparation of corresponding customer appointments.

(m/w/d) or a comparable qualification; ideally complemented by a further training to the insurance specialist (m/w/d) or insurance business operator (m/w/d). Multiannual experience in the care of customers from the housing and real estate industry as well as cross-species knowledge, preferably in the composite sector, are advantageous. Excellent customer orientation, commitment and team spirit as well as an independent and reliable way of working. Safe handling of current MS Office applications as well as good knowledge of German and English as possible.
