Bauhelfer - Hausmeister (m/f/d)

Searches for the activities private rental and lease an all-rounder (m/w/d) with the following skills:

1. Language knowledge: Basic German, English and Polish/Greek. A little Russian would be of advantage Two. Experience: at least 15 to 20 years of experience in construction, especially in the case of renovation of old buildings or Structures.

Experience in estate-free crafts as follows:

a) Breakdown and dismantling

b) Prepare slots and place electrical lines without wiring

c) Prepare slots and place sanitary lines without pressing or soldering

d) drywall with GK (gypsum board) or similar construction boards

e) Preparing the walls and ceilings for painting

f) Separate and dispose of building waste or other tree waste

g) Hausmeister similar services as for example small repairs in the apartments of the rental houses

3. Class 3 (B) driving licence is an absolute must
4. Locations: Wuppertal and Düsseldorf Five. General: the ideal candidate (m/w/d) needs all small construction measures in our tenancy houses can accompany and implement. a high degree of autonomy, leadership and Communication capability to an international employee pool, implementation of the measure within budget is assumed
