At this point you work in our fully continuous 6:4 layer model. This means that 6 working days follow 4 days.

Training: successfully completed vocational training in the field of microtechnology, semiconductor technology, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable discipline Experience and know-how: first professional experience in semiconductor manufacturing with knowledge in the field of CFM or defect density; Methods such as 5S, SPC, Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt) are desired; Experiences with defect classification, optimization of classification models and ink processes are necessary Personality: team-capable, flexible, motivated and responsible Working method: analytical, methodical, independent, independent and reliable Languages: very good German and good English knowledge in word and writing
