We are looking for a:n Project Lead Marketing and Communications (m/w/x) for our team in Oberkochen.

Conception and development of a higher-level marketing concept

Conception and development of marketing campaigns tailored to our target groups

operational implementation of marketing measures, including the planning and implementation of events and (digital) campaigns

Creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations and online content

Analysis of market trends and competition activities to identify opportunities and risks.

Cooperation with external service providers and agencies to implement projects

Monitoring and reporting of marketing activities

a completed study in the field of marketing, communication sciences or a related field.

3-5 years of professional experience in marketing, ideal in a similar position and industry

Knowledge of the development and implementation of marketing strategies

Experience in handling digital marketing tools and platforms

creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.

excellent communication skills in German and English.
