Senior Accountant & SAP Key-User*

Participation in the daily business of accounting: You take on your own bookings and accounts, ensure the correct booking and actively contribute to ensuring that all processes take place on time and without errors. Whether small questions or complex problems – you are a competent partner*. master data management across borders: You coordinate the maintenance of cost centers and accounts for Germany, the Czech Republic and India and ensure that all data is consistent and up-to-date. With your know-how, you design the incorporation of new team members and ensure that processes and tools are understood. You always keep the data quality in mind. In the role of the SAP user, you act as an interface between discipline and IT. You escalate system errors to the IT Service Desk, accompany the troubleshooting and take over the organization as well as performing tests for new functions. In addition, you are involved in creating FI-Change requests, documenting requirements and supporting the implementation of new processes. Promoting innovation: Together with the IT team, you drive the introduction of new SAP functions and ensure smooth integration.

You have a completed economic study or a comparable qualification and provide several years of experience in the accounting of an industrial company. SAP expert: You are not yet an SAP Key user but want to become one? Great! Ideally, you bring a good understanding of SAP FI and are ready to work deeper into SAP S/4HANA. If you already have a good understanding of processes, this is the perfect basis for actively optimizing future SAP Key User processes. Complex facts do not scare off – on the contrary, you like to analyze and find efficient solutions. As a communications professional, you can safely communicate knowledge and enjoy supporting colleagues. Accuracy is self-evident, and you keep an overview even with high work volume.
