System Specialist MS Project (m/f/d)

Responsibility for operation, administration and further development of the MS Project server environment including associated components such as SharePoint, ensuring availability, stability, performance and maintenance (monitoring, incident/problem analysis, 2nd/3rd level support) Control of external service providers: coordination of tasks, testing of results, carrying out acceptances and ensuring appointment, quality and documentation goals Support for interfaces and integrations to other systems, incl. Knowledge of the associated data flows and dependencies structuring, evaluation and translation of requirements from the specialist areas into implementable solutions; Advice and practical training of departments and key users:inside, preparation of training documents and documentation Promoting automation measures, e.g. using PowerShell, to efficiently perform recurring routine tasks

Completed studies in the field of computer science or comparable IT training as well as several years of professional experience Very good knowledge in operation and administration of MS Project Server from a productive environment, including experience with interfaces/integrations (data flows, monitoring, troubleshooting) and SharePoint Ability to record requirements methodically (use cases, processes, data objects) and into viable concepts, even with multiple stakeholders:inside broad market overview and sound knowledge in the Microsoft and M365 environment; PowerShell identifiers are optional, but enable independent automation in the Microsoft server environment Experience in the sovereign control of external providers, application of SLA management methods and implementation of escalation processes
