In this role, you are responsible for identifying, qualifying and developing new business opportunities to drive sales growth and expand Alpha Technologies' customer base. In a direct line to the Regional Sales Manager EMIA, you play a key role in building a strong distribution pipeline through targeted acquisition, strategic contact and effective lead management. Main tasks in detail: Identification and acquisition of potential customers through research, outbound phone calls, emails, social media approach and networking. Qualification of incoming and outgoing leads to ensure compliance with the target market and product offerings of Alpha Technologies. Building and maintaining a solid pipeline of qualified opportunities to support regional sales targets. Close cooperation with Regional Sales Manager, Marketing and Territory Sales Managers to develop tailor-made engagement strategies and deliver qualified leads. Use of CRM tools to capture, manage and report lead generation activities and progress. Current knowledge of industry trends, competitive offers and new technologies to effectively position Alpha Technologies solutions. Participation in regular sales meetings and contributions to continuous process improvement in lead generation and conversion.
Complete Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related subject area required. 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development or a customer-oriented function (preferably).
